The sun rises behind Lt.(N) Jason Stubbings as he uses binoculars to look out the
windows of the bridge of the HMCS Fredericton. He was checking for any boats in the
Halifax Harbour that may be in the way
as the Canadian Navy vessel pulls away from the jetty where it was docked.
