The final crown to the renovations of the spire of Christ Church Cathedral in Fredericton was the raising of the cross. The 500 pound Cross was lifted by helicopter and lowered down on to a waiting shaft and was then bolted down. I took this photo from an open door helicopter at about 600 feet.
