An unidentified worker with
the clean up crew holds the hose to a vacuum truck to suck Bunker C oil off the
surface of the College Brook sediment pond in Fredericton Monday August 28, 2001.
The oil leaked from a bulk storage tank at the heating plant at the University of
New Brunswick and into the city storm drains. Below Fredericton Firefighters
sets up booms to try to keep the oil from draining into the St. John River.
