Maritime Winter

Dion Durnford, right, his wife Bev Benedict and their 18-month-old daughter Dana cross country ski their way through Odell park in Fredericton Sunday, December 31, 2000. The Fredericton area didn't receive the heavy snowfall that was predicted with the storm that came up the US east coast, but still received about 20cm(8").
This photograph ran on the city page of the Daily Gleaner as a title shot to a photo story I did on fighting the winter blues, and it also ran on the Canadian Press wire service.
