Terror in New York

New Brunswick Premier Bernard Lord gestures during a press conference in Fredericton, NB, Thursday September 13, 2001. He was describing what he saw while in New York city when the terrorists attacked on Tuesday. He and his staff got stranded there and couldn't fly out, but managed to get back to New Brunswick by car. Below, A row of Canadian and United States flags fly at half mast on the roof of a motel next to a water tower in Fredericton, lowered in respect for victims and their families of the terrorists attacks.
