Kosovo refugee Sevdije Delia holds her son, Skender, who was born Tuesday, June 15, 1999 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton. Watching her brother closely is one of Sevdije Delia's other 6 children, daughter Zejnepe. "I am very happy and very glad because I have more freedom", said the 40 year old mother. "Thank you Canada, and all the people that helped us".
